APPLICATION PROCESS
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be cement laitance free, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contaminants. Cracks to be repaired, if any.
Mixing
Add 20 Kg bag in approx. 5L of clean water and mix well (Ratio of Tile Adhesive Plus : Water = 3:1 by volume)
Application
Spread the mixed adhesive on the substrate to a thickness of approx. 3 -6 mm and comb the adhesive with a suitable notched trowel.
Grouting
Keep joints between two tiles using spacers. Allow tiling to set for 24 hours. Apply HS Epoxy Tile Grout to fill the tile Joints.
