I am a Software Engineer, so not much into romantic things. On the other hands, I was a bit tight on my budget right before Valentine’s month since we had planned to get our house painted. Being out of funds made it even difficult for me to plan something special for my wife on the most special day of year. But it was only until I spoke to Berger Paints. For Bedroom – Sea Holly & Summer Town
My wife loves bright and neutral colours. She always wanted to paint her room walls with a great combination of her preferred colours. And the best combination I was suggested was of “Sea Holly (5T0301) and Summer Town (2P0682)”. Sea Holly is a dark colour (located between blue and purple), so it went great with Summer Town.
And since I was looking for something special to surprise her, the expert suggested me to go with a unique kind of paint for my bedroom walls. Pink is her all-time favourite colour and since it was about my kids’ room, I went with the colour combination suggested by the executive. Pleasant Pink (1P0498), very light shade that falls between red and orange, with Robin’s Egg (5P0142) which came from Blue colour. I was believing him with blind eyes as he had already executed multiple projects in the past with similar requirements so I could trust him with his options.
I was initially concerned about using pink shade in my kids’ room because I was worries that the paint would get dirty and look shabby as my kids have those ultra-artistic skills. As a solution, I was recommended to go with a washable paint for wall with Berger Easy Clean Fresh. It seemed just the right decision as cleaning the walls is very easy with this paint and this product has an odour-absorption capability which he explained would keep the room fresh and it was a perfect combination for my kids room.
For Kitchen – Steam Bath
We wanted our kitchen to be looking spacious and since we already have modular attachments in Red Colour, so Steam Bath (8P2665) served of purpose of making the kitchen looking bigger and better. Again the choice was inspired the attraction of my beloved for light and neutral colours.
All was settled down and I kept it a secret from my family because I wanted to make it a surprise for her. I cooked up a story of visiting on a week-long business trip and suggested my family to visit wife’s parental house that is also located in the same city.
