The Internship Programs which is usually conducted during summer aims to widen Student's perspective by providing them an exposure to real life organizational & industry situations. Our Interns are chosen with great care and nurtured through an Induction Process which gives them an insight into Berger's people, processes and product. Completing an internship in Berger gives the students an idea of what it's like to work in a team, to have responsibilities, to meet deadlines and be part of a reputed company. It’s also an excellent opportunity to get an inside view into our organizational culture and to know various professionals who work with us.
Berger Paints offer internship for a maximum of three months to Management students from selected campuses across the country. An expert’s team carefully selects the interns based on their aptitude, academic record and the mentioned topic in which they intend to undertake the project work. Thereafter each summer intern is given a challenging live project either of their choice or as decided by the company to work on during the period of internship. What follows is an exciting journey of translating concepts into practice and seeing them to fruition. Typically, summer interns are expected to make a presentation on their learning and the recommendations on the project to an Executive Panel consisting of their Project Guide, a representative from HR and a member of the Senior Management team. All Interns are paid a fixed stipend per month during the period of their internship.
