Mr. Abhijit Roy graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and completed his post graduation in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He started his career with Asian Paints Limited and prior to joining Berger was associated with L'oreal. He was appointed as the Managing Director & CEO with effect from 1st July, 2012.

Mr Kaushik Ghosh (Mr Ghosh) graduated in Commerce with HONOURS in 1995 and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Cost Accountant. Mr Ghosh has an impressive track record of over two decades, implementing high-impact growth strategies, robust internal controls, and efficient reporting systems. Mr Ghosh has demonstrated success in evaluating, implementing and streamlining financial and accounting policies, procedures, and controls to drive efficiencies, minimise costs, reduce potential risks and maintain local and international regulatory compliance.

Mr Ghosh started his career with McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited as Assistant Manager. He joined Berger Paints India Limited in June, 2000 as Assistant Manager – Internal Audit. During his twenty two (22) plus years long stint with Berger he has worked in various capacities. At present he is designated Assistant Vice President – Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Sen is a B.Sc (Hons) from Calcutta University, Diploma in Management from IGNOU, Delhi, AICWA from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India & Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India having over 30 years of work experience. He started his career with Indian Aluminium Company Limited and prior to joining Berger he was associated with the same organization.

Mr. Kamal Ranjan Das was born on 23rd February, 1932. A science graduate with honours, he began his career in the year 1951. Mr. Das joined Berger Paints Indian Limited in 1975 after successful stints elsewhere and then after 20 years of service, retired in 1994 as Executive Director. Mr. Das is now a management consultant.

Mr. Tapan Kumar Dhar is a B.Sc. (Chemistry) from Calcutta University, M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) & M. Tech. (Polymer) from IIT, Kharagpur. He started his professional career with Jubilant Organosys Ltd. in the year 1990. With over 27 years of work experience, Mr Dhar was also associated with leading companies like Wolkem India Ltd., Akzo Nobel India Ltd. and Asian Paints Ltd. prior to joining Berger Paints.

Mr. Sanjay Chowdhury is a M.Sc (Chemistry) from IIT, Kharagpur and subsequently did his M.Tech (Polymer Technology) from Delhi College of Engineering with distinction in 1994. Later on Mr. Chowdhury did his MBA in Marketing from IISWBM and completed PG Diploma course in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He started his professional career in May 1991, with Asian Paints Ltd. and later on was associated with organizations like Jubilant Organosys Ltd., and Grand Polycoats Co. Pvt. Ltd. Prior to joining Berger Paints, he was associated with Shalimar Paints Ltd.

Mr. Partha Protim Mondal (Mr. Mondal), a NIT scholar in Computer Science, has over twenty-four years of dedicated and outstanding techno-functional expertise on Enterprise Oracle Applications and related technologies, Enterprise Solution Architecture, IT Infrastructure and Datacentre Management, Project Management & Leadership.

Mr. Mondal has worked with many eminent IT consulting & manufacturing organizations like Tata Cummins, Satyam Computers, iGate Global Solution, CSC India, Sanmina Corporation & Atul Limited and led many versatile implementations over last two decades. Prior to joining us, Mr. Mondal was working as Vice President & Head - IT at Atul Limited.

Rajesh Tewari has a rich experience of 28 years in the industry and has worked with paint majors, specialty chemical majors both in India and Africa. His well rounded experience set spanning the range from raw material, paint manufacturing and associated packing materials.

Mr. Sai is a B.Tech (Chemical) from IIT, Chennai and MBA, FMS, New Delhi having over 23 years of work experience. He started his career as Management Trainee in Berger Paints and over the years had an opportunity to get exposed to various functional domains within the organization. He continues to be associated with the company in the current role.

Mr. Majumdar is a BE (Mech.) from NIT, Surat and PGDM from IIM, Lucknow having over 20 years of work experience. He started his career with Ashok Leyland and subsequently worked with Blow Plast Ltd., ICI India Ltd, Coca-Cola India and prior to joining Berger was associated with Olam International Ltd., Angola.

Mr. A Chandar is a B.E. (Mechanical) from University of Madras and an MBA in Marketing from University of Madras. He had joined Berger Paints as a Management Trainee in the year 1996 and had been associated with various functions subsequently for 21 years and is currently heading the Materials function.

Mr. Ranjan Banerjee (Mr Banerjee) acquired his graduation degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata in 1990 and Master of Social Work (MSW) in PM & IR from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan in 1994, Mr. Banerjee started his career with the Aditya Birla Group, Cement Division, as Management Trainee (HRD) in March 1995.

In his career spanning 27 years, he worked across various roles and verticals of HR primarily in consumer products, textiles, telecom & infrastructure industries like United Breweries, Bata India Limited and ITC Limited. Mr. Banerjee held leadership positions in HR in organisations such as RPG Enterprises - Entertainment & Media Business, Vodafone India Ltd, India Power Corporation Limited and Aditya Birla Group Domestic Textile Business.

Prior to joining us, Mr. Banerjee was working as Chief Human Resources Officer at Epsilon Carbon, Mumbai.

Mr. Arunito Ganguly is a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xaviers' College Kolkata (Calcutta University-1996). He is a fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS-9285) and has passed LL.B. From University of Burdwan (Year of passing-2000).

Mr Ganguly was Assistant Vice President, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer since December, 2017 in Bata India Limited. Earlier he was the Deputy Company Secretary and Deputy General Manager (Legal) of Exide Industries Limited (from Dec 2009 to Dec 2017). He was also the Manager (Legal & Secretarial) of Simplex Infrastructures Limited (from April 2008 to Dec 2009), Sr. Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary of Nicco Parks & Resorts Limited (from Aug 2005 to April 2008), Assistant Company Secretary of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (from July 2004 to July 2005) and Legal Assistant in Messrs Orr, Dignam & Co., Solicitors & Advocates (from August 2002 to May 2004).

Mr Ganguly has 16 years’ experience in handling secretarial and legal matters including 14 years’ experience as Company Secretary/Deputy Company Secretary in large Listed Companies. He handled all requirements relating to the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.

Mr. Shrirang M Pangarkar is a B.E in Production Engineering from Amravati University and has done his Masters in Management Studies in Operations from Chetna Institute, Mumbai University.

Mr. Pangarkar started his career as Trainee Engineer with Bajaj Auto Ltd. Aurangabad in the year 1990 and has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Purchase & Logistics, Negotiations & Contract Management, Inventory Management and Vendor Development in various organizations of repute like Ispat Industries Limited, Mumbai as Manager - Purchase, ACC Limited, Mumbai as Manager- Materials, Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, Mumbai, as Chief - Purchase & Planning and Pidilite Industries Ltd., Mumbai as Chief of Purchase.

Mr. Das is an M.Com & LL.B from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur; PGDPM from National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Kolkata, SIMAP from IIT, Kharagpur and PGDHRD from AIMA & NHRD, New Delhi having over 17 years of work experience. He started his career with Ambuja Cements Limited and prior to joining Berger was associated with the same organization.

Mr. Dasgupta is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, also completed MPT (Management programme for Technologist) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is having over 24 years of work experience. He started his career with ICI India Limited, moved over to BASF India Limited later on and prior to joining Berger, he was associated with Kansai Nerolac Paints.

Mr. Bijoy Mukherjee, B.Sc. (Chemistry) , M.Tech. (Polymer Sc. & Tech) and MBA (Marketing) attached with BERGER PAINTS for last 27 years in various functions and currently heading the Powder Coatings Sales & Marketing as General Manager.

Mr. Sujyoti Mukherjee is a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, ACA from Institute of Chartered Accounts of India and subsequently completed his CWA from Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India having over 28 years of work experience. He started his professional career with M/s Khemka & Co. and prior to joining Berger Paints was associated with IBP Co. Ltd.
